Introduction
Segwaybooking B.V. informs and advises visitors about its services and presents available services to visitors to its website, enabling visitors to put together and book services online according to their wishes. Segwaybooking B.V. renders these services on your instructions. Unless stated otherwise, the booking conditions apply to all types of services provided by Segwaybooking B.V..

In these conditions, reference is made to information, advice and bookings of and by Segwaybooking B.V.. This takes place through information, advice on and control by our site through e-mail traffic. Even if you perform the acts yourself, Segwaybooking B.V. will make the bookings for you. Statements made to that effect in these conditions must therefore be interpreted accordingly.

Segwaybooking B.V. can make a booking for you. In that case, Segwaybooking B.V. effects an agreement between you and the service provider of your choice. Segwaybooking B.V. is not a party to the eventual agreement.

Segwaybooking B.V. is not liable for the correct performance of the booking services. The general terms and conditions of the service provider in question will apply to the performance of services. These terms and conditions will be offered to you during the online booking process.

Obviously, Segwaybooking B.V. is responsible for a correct performance of the services it provides, such as the correct provision of advice and a correct handling of the booking.

You are responsible for the provision of the information necessary to effect and perform a correct booking. This includes, for example, providing the correct name, address, e-mail address, place of residence, date of birth, nationality, etc.

Article 1: Definitions
1.1 Instruction
The instruction comprises the agreement between the client and Segwaybooking B.V., where Segwaybooking B.V. undertakes towards the client to provide services in the field of bookings of services, in the broadest sense.
1.2 Segwaybooking B.V.
The private company with limited liability Segwaybooking B.V., with its registered office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, at Rietveldenweg 41.
1.3 Client
The commissioning party and/or the person for whom the services provided by Segwaybooking B.V. and/or the service provider were stipulated and who has accepted such stipulation.
1.4 Service
The services to be booked through Segwaybooking B.V. with the service providers regarding the Segway PT such as events, rentals, Segway tours, promotions, etc., all this in the broadest sense.
1.5 Service provider
The third parties affiliated with Segwaybooking B.V. with whom the client enters into an agreement directly for the provision of the services, and who is responsible vis-à-vis the client for the performance of the services.

Article 2: The instruction in general
1. The content of the instruction can be, among other things, informing and advising the client     and, if possible, booking the service required by the client on the client’s behalf.
2. The client is bound toward Segwaybooking B.V. and the service provider after the instruction has been given, regardless of whether it is immediately confirmed. If a fee is due for a service of Segwaybooking B.V., Segwaybooking B.V. will state this in advance.
3. Before acceptance, the client is notified that he enters into an agreement with the service provider.
4. The agreement becomes final at such time as the client confirms this on the Segwaybooking B.V. website.
5. The order or other confirmation will generally be e-mailed directly to the client, in which case such confirmation is regarded as proof of the agreement described in the confirmation.
6. The client is liable both towards Segwaybooking B.V. and towards the service provider for the whole of the obligations that arise from the provision of services by Segwaybooking B.V..

Article 3: The booking instruction
1. Before entering into the agreement and the execution of the agreement, the client must provide Segwaybooking B.V. with all required information regarding himself and the fellow participants.
2. The prices of booked services may be changed in accordance with the conditions of the service provider. These changes will be passed on and charged on as soon as possible.
3. Any cancellations of, or changes to, the instruction/instructions provided can only take place on working days and only at the client's request. If, at the client’s request, bookings already made are cancelled or changed, the costs involved will be charged to the client.
4. In addition to the cancellation or alteration costs charged by the service provider, this can also concern the costs incurred by Segwaybooking B.V. to realise the cancellation and/or change.
5. All statements made by Segwaybooking B.V. or the service provider will be addressed solely to the client.

Article 4: Payments
1. The amounts due must be paid to Segwaybooking B.V. within the period stated by Segwaybooking B.V. and credited to one of the giro or bank accounts of Segwaybooking B.V.. If necessary, Segwaybooking B.V. is authorised to collect the amounts due in the name and at the expense of the service provider concerned.
2. The price for the service is payable in advance. The obligations of the service provider pursuant to the agreement between the service provider and the client will not be exigible until after full payment has been made to the service provider, to be collected by Segwaybooking B.V..
3. Any refunds will only be made to the client.

Article 5: Liability
1. In the performance of its work, Segwaybooking B.V. will act as befits a good contractor.
2. Segwaybooking B.V. does not accept liability for actions and/or omissions on the part of the service providers involved, nor for the correctness of the information provided by such service providers. Segwaybooking B.V. does not bear any responsibility for photographs, brochures and other information material to the extent that such was published under the responsibility of third parties.
3. To the extent that Segwaybooking B.V. itself fails imputably and the client suffers a loss as a result, the liability of Segwaybooking B.V. will be limited to a maximum of 25% of the costs paid by the client for the service in question. This excludes any consequential loss.
4. The liability for loss, for which the client has taken out insurance, as well as the liability for loss suffered by the client in the course of his profession or his business is excluded.
5. Segwaybooking B.V. is not responsible for any promises made by its staff and/or third parties in which these conditions or the conditions of the responsible service provider are clearly deviated from, unless such promises are confirmed in writing afterwards.

Article 6: Disputes
1. Dutch law applies to the agreements entered into, amended or supplemented on the basis of these booking conditions, unless other law applies pursuant to mandatory provisions.
2. The ‘s-Hertogenbosch District Court has sole jurisdiction to hear disputes between the client and Segwaybooking.com, unless the client, being a consumer, informs in writing within a month of the lender’s reliance on this article that he or she prefers settlement by the court that has jurisdiction according to the law.
